Wish reference to my Deepatch "o. 60 of April

19 last, I have the honour to transmit, herewith,{

Royal Decree of the 16th instant, ordering the publi-

cation in the Netherland Official Gazette of the

Consular Convention concluded on May 8 last between

the Netherlands end China. The text of the said

Convention, which de drawn up in Dutch and French, is

likowise enclosed.
